After becoming a personal trainer in 2008 and losing 40 pounds, Kali decided to dedicate her life to helping others become stronger, healthier, and happier. Her life’s mission is to provide people with the support, knowledge, and empowerment to help them go confidently into the direction of their dreams. Opening SCEND FITNESS has been her personal life-long dream and she is excited to share this space with the community. When she is not at the studio she loves to surf, listen to her wife play music, and pet any tiny animal that comes across her path!

Caitlin is a passionate physical therapist and fitness trainer with over 8 years of combined experience enhancing the quality of living for clients and patients of all ages from 3 week old to 97 years old. She enjoys using her clinical knowledge and expertise to provide safe and functional training to meet the individual’s goals.

Other passions of Caitlin’s include keeping up to date with evidence-based research, working out, and Pilates. As a Marine Corps spouse, Caitlin is thrilled to join the trainers at SCEND Fitness and the Solana Beach community.
